Four Roses Raspberry Julep Recipe
We’ve been big fans of Four Roses for a long time. They’ve been producing Kentucky bourbon dating back to the 1800’s so you might say they know something about how to make a delicious cocktail. This is a twist on the classic to get you ready for the Kentucky Derby (or any other day for that matter!).
Raspberry Julep Recipe
A riff on the classic mint julep, the Raspberry Julep is perfect for sipping Kentucky Derby day, or any day spent mingling with friends.
Ingredients
- 2 Ounces Four Roses Small Batch
- 1/2 Ounce Raspberry Syrup
- 8 Mint Leaves
Instructions
- Softly muddle the mint leaves and raspberry syrup in the bottom of a julep cup
- Add pebble ice and Bourbon to the cup and then stir
- Top with more ice, garnish with a mint sprig and enjoy
